👀Creating Ticket via Emojis

How to configure for creating Jira tickets with emojis (make sure that your Jira account is added)

For now , you need to install a separate app to allow Pagerly to read the emoji . i Install the Pagerly Emoji Ticket Slack App to your Workspace(link)

Step 1 :Go To Pagerly Slack App , go to Edit Team and Go to Add Jira Configuration

Step 2 . Choose your Jira Board and Select Get Jira Slack Sync to Yes

Step 3 . Copy emoji from Slack and add in the Emoji section ( like :eyes: , :pushpin:)

Also choose the Issue Type the ticket would be created.

Step 4 . Submit and Add Jira Configuration

Play with Emoji Ticket Creation

Go to Any message and add the emoji you just added above. (Make sure you added the Pagerly emoji Ticket bot in the channel)
