# Creating Ticket via Emojis

This section would help you to create and transition tickets using Slack Emojis and follow with a deep 2-way sync on Slack Thread

For now , you need to install a separate app to allow Pagerly to read the emoji . i Install the Pagerly Emoji Ticket Slack App to your Workspace([link](https://slack.com/oauth/v2/authorize?client_id=2800907882597.6762969768901\&scope=app_mentions:read,channels:history,channels:join,emoji:read,files:read,files:write,reactions:read,reactions:write,team:read,users:read,users:read.email,groups:history\&user_scope=))
