Payload Mapping
1. Navigate to https://workspace.pagerly.io/inbound

2. Select the added integration you want to update.

3. Click "PAYLOAD MAPPING"

4. You can review the payloads that Pagerly received from the integration to use them as a template or example for your attribute mapping.

5. Below you can find the mapping component that maps the payload to a Pagerly incident.

6. Click "Edit"

7. Update the source field to which the attribute will point. Note: If you set the source field as "No Source", then the attribute will point to the mapping value by default.

8. Click "Add Mapping"

9. Click the "Add Mapping" button to add a new key-value pair.

10. Example: Added key: P6 and value: SEV3

11. You can also update the fallback value.

12. Mapping field updated successfully!

13. Some attribute fields, such as link
, description
, and title
, are string-based values rather than key-value pairs.
Note: When the New source field is set to 'No Source', then 'Fallback value' is required.

14. Example: Source set to 'No Source' and fallback value is added.
