Create Rotations using AI

This section covers creating complex rotation schedules using AI

Creating custom rotation using AI chat

1. Navigate to https://workspace.pagerly.io/teams

2. Click "Add Team"

3. Select "Create Time-wise Round-Robin Schedule" and click "Next".

4. Set the rotation frequency to "Custom".

5. Set timezone and click "Next"

6. AI chatbox will open.

7. Example text: Create a <weekly, bi-weekly, monthly> rotation with the following users: <Enter user emails>

8. Checkout the rotation schedule preview.

9. If the generated rotation schedule is correct then click "Yes, I'm satisfied"

10. Fill in the remaining basic team details and click "Save".

11. Team created successfully!
