# Post Ticket created on Jira to on Slack Channel

In case of Ticket Update, following fields would be detected and create/update the Slack Channel

* Assignee
* Status
* Title
* Description
* Reporter

## Post Ticket Created on Jira to Slack Channel

1. Navigate to [Pagerly Jira Integration](https://workspace.pagerly.io/jira)

2. Click **"Add Jira Team"**

3. Select:

   * **Jira board/project**
   * **Team name**
   * **"Post Ticket created on Jira to Slack Channel"**
   * Click **"Next"**

4. Set:

   * **Slack channel** to receive notifications
   * (Optional) Select users to auto-add when a channel is created
   * Click **"Add Team"**
