🏚️Post Ticket created on Jira to on Slack Channel

This section would help you to create a dedicated on Slack whenever a ticket is created at some state in jira. You can then follow a deep 2-way sync between Slack Channel and Jira Ticket

In case of Ticket Update, following fields would be detected and create/update the Slack Channel

  • Assignee

  • Status

  • Title

  • Description

  • Reporter

Post Ticket Created on Jira to Slack Channel

  1. Click "Add Jira Team"

  2. Select:

    • Jira board/project

    • Team name

    • "Post Ticket created on Jira to Slack Channel"

    • Click "Next"

  3. Set:

    • Slack channel to receive notifications

    • (Optional) Select users to auto-add when a channel is created

    • Click "Add Team"

  4. βœ… Team created successfully
