2. Select the incident you want to add an update to.
3. To update the incident title, click the "Update icon".
4. 1. To update a field, click the "Update" icon.
Update the value.
Click the "Tick" icon to successfully update the field or click "Cancel" to stop updating and revert to the original value.
Example:
Update the title and click the "Tick" icon. Click "Cancel" if you want to cancel the update.
5. Title updated successfully!
6. Update incident status.
7. Update team.
8. Update severity.
9. Update the incident description.
10. Page a user:
Search and select the user for paging.
Click the "Tick" icon.
11. Click the "Page now" button to page the user immediately.
Note: The User will receive a phone call.
