Creating an incident

1. Navigate to https://manage.pagerly.io/notices

2. Click "Add Incident"

3. 1. Add incident title. 2. Add an incident description (optional). 3. Set incident status. 4. Add affected components along with their status, respectively. 5. Click "Add Incident".

4. Incident created successfully!
