Step-by-step guide to configure Hub Channels and Source Channels for Unified Messages in Pagerly.
Set up a Hub Channel where aggregated conversations land, and define the list of monitored Source Channels.
In Pagerly Dashboard, navigate to Unified Messages (/unified-messages).
Select your Team from the team dropdown selector.
Enter the Hub Channel Name (e.g. #hub-platform-alerts or #oncall-triage).
Enter the Source Channel Names separated by commas (e.g. #prod-incidents, #api-alerts, #help-backend).
Toggle the Enable Unified Messages switch to ON.
Click Save Configuration.
Dedicated Hub Channel: Use a dedicated, public or private channel as your Hub to keep triage organized.
Pagerly Bot Permissions: Ensure the Pagerly Slack Bot is added to both the Hub Channel and all specified Source Channels.
