Set up a Hub Channel where aggregated conversations land, and define the list of monitored Source Channels.

βš™οΈ Step-by-Step Configuration

  1. In Pagerly Dashboard, navigate to Unified Messages (/unified-messages).

  2. Select your Team from the team dropdown selector.

  3. Enter the Hub Channel Name (e.g. #hub-platform-alerts or #oncall-triage).

  4. Enter the Source Channel Names separated by commas (e.g. #prod-incidents, #api-alerts, #help-backend).

  5. Toggle the Enable Unified Messages switch to ON.

  6. Click Save Configuration.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Dedicated Hub Channel: Use a dedicated, public or private channel as your Hub to keep triage organized.

  • Pagerly Bot Permissions: Ensure the Pagerly Slack Bot is added to both the Hub Channel and all specified Source Channels.
