# 2-Way Reply Thread Sync

With 2-Way Reply Sync, team members can reply directly in the Hub Channel, and Pagerly automatically mirrors their reply back to the original message's thread in the source channel under their user profile.

### 🔄 How It Works

1. A message in `#prod-alerts` matches a filter and appears in `#hub-triage`.
2. An engineer replies in `#hub-triage` to assist.
3. Pagerly's OAuth integration syncs the reply back to the original thread in `#prod-alerts`.
4. Other responders in `#prod-alerts` see the reply seamlessly in real-time.

### 🔑 Connecting User OAuth for Reply Sync

For replies to be posted under your own Slack profile:

1. In Pagerly Dashboard, open **Unified Messages** (`/unified-messages`).
2. Click **Connect Slack User OAuth**.
3. Authorize Pagerly to post replies on your behalf in Slack.
4. Your Slack account will show as **Connected** with a green checkmark (`User OAuth Active`).
