# Unified Messages

Unified Messages in Pagerly allows engineering and operations teams to aggregate messages from multiple Slack source channels into a central **Hub Channel**, apply custom routing filters, and reply directly from the Hub with full 2-way thread sync.

### Key Capabilities

* 🎯 **Centralized Hub Channel**: Combine chatter and alerts from dozens of channels into a single triage channel.
* 🔍 **Smart Multi-Filtering**: Filter messages by keyword text, `@user` mentions, `@usergroup` tags, or custom tags.
* 🔄 **2-Way Reply Sync**: Replies posted in the Hub Channel automatically mirror back to the original message's thread in the source channel.
* ⚡ **Team Scoping**: Configure separate Hubs and Source Channels for different teams (e.g. Platform, Infrastructure, Backend).
