Create Jira Ticket/Incident using Form

How to quickly create Jira Ticket within Slack (make sure that your Jira account is added)

Step 1 :Go To Pagerly Slack App and go to Create Ticket
Step 2 . Choose your Jira Board

Step 3 . Fill Tickets Details, click Create and off you go!
