# Configure JIRA for Team

With Pagerly, you can configure JIRA for each Pagerly Teams

Go to **Edit Team** and **Add Jira Configuration**\

### Jira-Slack 2 Way Sync

* **Enable/Disbale Jira Sync** : Select Yes
* **Project Key/Board:** The JIRA Board you identify as the incident board for your team
* **Additional Input JQL Filter (Optional)**: This is used to identify an issue apart from Board. Example : component = "frontend" or label = "yourlabel". This input is a JQL Filter.

For adding a JQL Filter, **go to the Filters tab** in the JIRA Dashboard, click **Switch To JQL** and add your JQL Query

Press Submit

### **Oncall Reports & Jira Tickets on Slack**

* **Project Key/Board:** The JIRA Board you identify as the incident board for your team
* **Issue Status For Resolved/Closed Incident:** The status of the issue when an incident/ticket is closed.
* **Additional Input JQL Filter**: This is used to identify an issue apart from Board. Example : component = "frontend" or label = "yourlabel". This input is a JQL Filter.

For adding a JQL Filter, **go to the Filters tab** in the JIRA Dashboard, click **Switch To JQL** and add your JQL Query

**Exclude PROJECT, CREATED, DUE DATE, STATUS in the JQL Filter**

**Reminders / Alerting Tickets Passing SLA/ Due Date:** This is to throw notifications on Team Slack Channel for the tickets passing SLA/Due date

* **Jira Due date Field:** This is the JIRA property which signifies the SLA date or due date for the ticket. This can be the Due Date / SLA Date i.e. any custom property of your JIRA Board Settings
* **Frequency, Day, Time, Time Zone:** The frequency when these alerts is to be shown.
