# PagerDuty

## Overview

PagerDuty is a paging tool that enables real-time alerting and on-call management. Pagerly integrates with PagerDuty to unify your incident alerting and response workflows.

## Key Features

* **Alert Ingestion** — Receive PagerDuty alerts and create corresponding incidents in Pagerly
* **On-Call Sync** — Sync PagerDuty on-call schedules with Pagerly teams
* **Escalation Policies** — Leverage PagerDuty escalation policies within Pagerly workflows
* **Bi-directional Status Sync** — Keep incident status synchronized between both platforms
* **Acknowledgment Tracking** — Track alert acknowledgments across both systems

## Setup

To configure PagerDuty with Pagerly Incidence Response:

1. Navigate to your Pagerly workspace settings
2. Go to **Integrations** → **PagerDuty**
3. Connect your PagerDuty account using your API key
4. Map PagerDuty services to Pagerly teams
