# OpsGenie

## Overview

OpsGenie is a modern incident management platform that helps manage and resolve incidents efficiently. Pagerly integrates with OpsGenie to enhance your incident response capabilities.

## Key Features

* **Alert Integration** — Receive OpsGenie alerts and create incidents automatically in Pagerly
* **On-Call Schedule Sync** — Sync OpsGenie on-call schedules with Pagerly teams

## Setup

To configure OpsGenie with Pagerly Incidence Response:

1. Navigate to your Pagerly workspace settings
2. Go to **Integrations** → **OpsGenie**
3. Connect your OpsGenie account using your API key
4. Map OpsGenie teams to Pagerly teams
