# Jira

## Overview

Jira is an issue and project tracking tool widely used for task management, bug tracking, and project collaboration. Pagerly integrates with Jira to streamline your incident management workflow.

## Setup

To configure Jira with Pagerly Incidence Response:

1. Navigate to your Pagerly workspace settings
2. Go to **Integrations** → **Jira**
3. Connect your Jira account by providing your Jira domain and API credentials
4. Configure the project and issue type mappings for incident tickets
