# Gmail

## Overview

Gmail integration with Pagerly enhances collaboration by enabling email-based status updates and notifications during incident management.

## Key Features

* **Email Notifications** — Send incident status updates and alerts via Gmail
* **Stakeholder Communication** — Automatically notify stakeholders via email when incidents are created or updated
* **Status Update Emails** — Send periodic status updates to relevant parties during active incidents
* **Resolution Notifications** — Send resolution and post-mortem summaries via email
* **Distribution List Support** — Send updates to Gmail distribution lists and groups

## Setup

To configure Gmail with Pagerly Incidence Response:

1. Navigate to your Pagerly workspace settings
2. Go to **Integrations** → **Gmail**
3. Connect your Google Workspace account
4. Configure email notification preferences and distribution lists
