# Migrate from PagerDuty

Import your PagerDuty Teams, Users, On-Call Schedules, and Historical Incidents directly into Pagerly in minutes.

### 🔑 1. Retrieve PagerDuty REST API Key

1. Log into PagerDuty (`https://<your-subdomain>.pagerduty.com`).
2. Go to **Integrations** → **API Access Keys**.
3. Click **Create New API Key**.
4. Set description to `Pagerly Migration` and click **Create Key**.
5. Copy the generated API Token.

### 🚀 2. Run 1-Click Migration in Pagerly

1. In Pagerly Dashboard, navigate to **My Teams** → **Migrate from PagerDuty** (or go to `/pagerduty-migration`).
2. Paste your **PagerDuty API Key**.
3. Click **Start 1-Click PagerDuty Migration**.

### 📊 3. Summary of Migrated Data

* **Teams**: Created as Pagerly teams with linked PagerDuty team IDs.
* **Users**: Email addresses, names, roles, and timezones imported.
* **Schedules**: On-call schedule names and timezones mapped.
* **Incidents**: Past resolved and active incidents transferred to Pagerly incident history.
