Migrate from Opsgenie

Step-by-step guide for 1-Click Opsgenie migration to Pagerly.

Effortlessly transfer your Teams, Users, Schedules, Past Incidents, and Status Page monitors from Opsgenie into Pagerly.

🔑 1. Generate Opsgenie API Key

1. Log into Opsgenie (https://<your-company>.opsgenie.com/settings/api-key-management).

2. Go to Settings → API Key Management.

3. Click Add API Key.

4. Set access permissions to Read and Configuration Access.

5. Copy the generated API Key.

🚀 2. Run 1-Click Migration in Pagerly

1. In Pagerly Dashboard, navigate to My Teams → Migrate from Opsgenie (or go to /opsgenie-migration).

2. Paste your Opsgenie API Key.

3. Select your Opsgenie region (US api.opsgenie.com or EU api.eu.opsgenie.com).

4. Click Start 1-Click Migration.

• Teams: Saved to your Pagerly Organisation with entity: "opsgenie".

• Users: User emails, full names, roles, and timezones mapped.

• On-Call Schedules: Schedule names, rotation names, timezones, and owner teams.

• Past Incidents: Historical alerts and incidents persisted to Pagerly incident records.

• Status Page Services: Components (/v1/services) and Heartbeat monitors (/v2/heartbeats) imported.
