# iOS App

Download the Pagerly iOS app for iPhone and iPad from the Apple App Store.

The Pagerly iOS app puts your incidents on your phone: loud push alerts that cut through Do Not Disturb, escalation calls when a page goes unacknowledged, and one-tap status updates while you are away from your desk.

### Key Capabilities

* **Loud incident alerts**: an alarm sound for new incidents that breaks through Do Not Disturb, so a page at 3am still wakes you.
* **Escalation calls**: if a page goes unacknowledged, escalation continues to phone calls per your escalation policy.
* **Incidents on the go**: browse and filter your team's incidents, and open any one for its full timeline of updates.
* **One-tap status updates**: move an incident between Open, In Progress and Resolved, and change severity, straight from the incident screen.
* **Notification preferences**: turn push and email notifications on or off per device under **Settings**.

### Getting Started

1. Install the app from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pagerly/id6758325004).
2. Open it and sign in with your Pagerly account.
3. Allow notifications when prompted — Pagerly cannot page you on the phone without this.
4. Check **Settings → Push Notifications** is on.
